Morning drive to Agra enroute visit Sikandra. Just 10 kilometers short of Agra is the city of Sikandra. Named after the Afghan ruler Sikandar Lodhi, the city is visited by many tourists, not just for its aesthetic value but also for the tomb of Akbar, which it houses. The construction of the mausoleum was started by Akbar himself during his lifetime but could not be completed After his death, Jehangir took the task of completing the project that was left incomplete by great Emperor. However, Jehangir made many modifications in the original plan of the building.

After breakfast depart for city tour of Agra. visisting Agra Red Fort - built principally as a military establishment by Akbar in 1565, the red sandstone Agra fort was partially converted into a palace during Shah Jahan''s time. Though the principle structure was built by Akbar many more additions were made by his grandsons.
Itmad-Ud-Daulah''s Tomb - This tomb belongs to the father of Nur Jahan, Ghias-ud-Din Beg. He was the Wajir or the Chief Minister of Emperor Jehangir. This white marble tomb was built by Nur Jahan between 1622 and 1628. The tomb may not be as mammoth as the Taj but the inlay designs and carvings are no less than Taj if not more. The delicate marble latticework in the passages allows the light to enter the interiors. A similar tomb was built by Nur Jahan for Jehangir in Lahore. This tomb was the first complete marble Moghul structure.

Jaipur The Rose Pink city founded by Maharaja Jai Singh II (1693-1743), is the capital of Rajasthan. It is a major attraction for the first-time visitor. Jaipur, is surrounded on all sides by rugged hills, crowned with forts & enclosed by embattled walls. Houses with latticed windows line the streets with their rose pink colour lending enchantment to the scene which is all most magical at sunset.
The morning of your day in Jaipur will start with an excursion to Amber Fort, the former capital of the state. Also in itinerary, will be Sheesh Mahal (palace) or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors, Jai Mahal (palace) and Kali mata temple. You will also enjoy an ascent on the hill on which the fort is situated, on elephant back. Last but not the least, will be a visit to the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). The view from our balcony in room # 409, was terrific. It was centrally located to everything on and around the port area. Wonderful service and everything was very clean. The breakfast was below average, although not bad. If back in Zante Town we would stay there again.

It is close to everything but if you go in the lower season the pool won't be ready even though the temperature was quiet high already.
