* Deductible of $100 applies to Accident & Sickness Medical Reimbursement.

** Sickness Dental Relief- Deductible of $ 150.

# Maximum amount to be reimbursed per bag is 50% and maximum value per article contained in any bag is 10% of sum (s) insured.

## Deductible of $30 applies to Loss of Passport Benefit.

### Deductible of $200 applies to Personal Liability.

Main Exclusion

You are not covered if any expenses incurred directly of indirectly in respect of Traveling against the advice of a Physician, for obtaining treatment; Pre existing ailments & Complications arising out of them, Suicide or attempted suicide; War; Terrorism; Illegal Acts; Dangerous Sports; etc... For other Exclusions please refer to the policy wordings.

Sub Limits

The following maximum eligible expenses per Sickness or Disease are applicable to insured Person Aged 56-70, regardless of plan/option purchased.

Hospital room and board and hospital miscellaneous: Maximum $1500 per day up to 30 days whichever is less. Intensive care unit: Maximum $3000 per day up to 7 days whichever is less. Surgical treatment. Maximum $10,000 Anesthetist Services: Up to 25% of Surgical treatment. Physician's visit: Maximum $75 per day up to 10 visits. Diagnostic and pre-admission testing: Maximum $500. Ambulance service: maximum $400.

Gold Plan is recommended for person 56-70 years.

Note : All valid claims will be directly settled by our assistance company ISOS, for an insured, admitted to the hospital. Provided insured intimates ISOS before a admission/ within 24hrs. after getting admitted to the hospital.
