1. Prime Air Global Ltd is an established travel management company leveraging its growth based on domain knowledge, exemplary services & travel technology. Our business is a mix of corporate/business travel and Leisure where we handle some of established MNC’s, Academic Institutes, IT companies, and SME/Large clients; Our e-commerce enabled website (www.primetravels.com) generates Retail/Leisure travel for us as well and is purely transaction driven. Prime Travels has been in business since 1992 and our vision is to be a reputed reliable brand for Global Business Travel Management.

2. The company’s expansion plans are based on enhancing its reach, technology based services and enter B2B arena in coming months. All services come with healthy mix of Human Touch with High Technology.

Growth Plans

Prime Travels is keeping the momentum strong and growing and has business plans in place to achieve its vision.

• Plans include using cutting edge solutions driven by technology to our end users globally.
• Setting up customer support offices/Onsite desks in key markets Abroad.
• Increase bottom line using economies of scale.
• Enter into B2B arena in due course.
• Add more portfolio of services that are natural extension to our business line.

We are a closely held Public Limited company, with plans to go on for IPO once we reach the critical mass and volume. We solicit expression of interest from companies/persons who are keen to join us on this mission and help us achieve these plans by means of investment, management skills and business experience. The investor must bring value added component rather than pure financial investments, as we want to ensure that share value of all share holders is enhanced.
