Liability for Documents Delivery through Blue Dart:
In case of Domestic Document / Non Documents our maximum liability is limited to Rs 1000/- or cost of reconstruction whichever is lower.

For International Priority (Letter/Envelope), our maximum liability is limited to USD 100 or freight charges whichever is lower.

While our logistic partner, Blue Dart has developed a sophisticated tracking system for all shipments carried in its network and has experienced manpower to handle all shipments, the shipper may if he so desires insure his shipments at his own cost.

All claims must be notified to us in writing within 21 days from date of delivery of the shipment. Primetravels.com or Blue dart shall not be liable in any event for any consequential or special damages or other direct or indirect loss howsoever arising whether or not primetravels.com / Blue Dart has knowledge whether such damages might be incurred included but not limited to loss of income, profits, interest, utility or loss or market.
