1. Prime Air Global Ltd is a fast growing travel company leveraging its growth based on Internet and travel technology. Our business is a mix of corporate/business travel where we handle some of India’s established corporate and industrial houses besides MNC’s; and our Online retail (www.primetravels.com) is a well established brand name for India centric travel and is purely transaction driven. Our brick n mortar business was started in 1992 while Primetravels.com went live in late 1999 and took the distinction of being the first Indian company to go Online with e-commerce enabled travel services.
2. The company’s expansion plans are based on enhancing its reach, technology based services and enter B2B arena in coming months. Our Internet site makes it easier for customers to book/plan/pay for India related travel services (airfares, hotels, holiday packages, travel insurance etc) on 24x7 basis and we offer voice calls and Live web support to our clientele. Primetravels.com specializes in selling discount airfares (To and From India) with savings of upto 60% on standard prices
3. Primetravels.com earns its revenues by means of commissions and service fees on the travel services it provides. Our efforts are to provide widest range of services and value for money services, using our relationship of over 20yrs with principals (airlines, hotels, car rentals etc)
Future Growth
Primetravels.com is leading the growth for the company and we plan to extend our profitability by
- Increasing our number of transactions and product profile.
- Sell more of packaged services (all inclusive holidays)
- Offering Travel BPO services to 3rd party clients
- Setting up customer support offices in India and Abroad.
- Increase margins/commissions using economies of scale with better pricing from principals.
- Reduce operational costs using centralized Travel BPO facility in Delhi.
- Offer B2B services where primetravels.com has a distinctive edge.
Plans
We are a closely held Public Limited company, with plans to go on for IPO once we reach the critical mass and volume. We solicit expression of interest from companies/persons who are keen to join us on this mission and help us achieve these plans by means of investment, management skills and business experience. The investor must bring value added component rather than pure financial investments, with focus being to reap rewards of mutual synergies and work towards being THE recommended company for India related transactions.
