Eligibility Criterion
Quantum of Exchange Permitted to be released under - LERMS* - For business visit under FEMA** 1999 is specified in the table below.
Entitlement under BTQ now stands revised at USD 5000 per annum (Calendar year) Quantum of Exchange permitted to be released under BASIC TRAVEL QUOTA (BTQ) - for leisure / tourist under FEMA* 1999

Kindly note that all payments above Rs.50, 000/- will be accepted only by a Pay Order / Demand Draft favouring ePrimetravels.com Pvt. Ltd., payable at New Delhi or Telegraphic Transfer into our account with ANZ Grindlays (#33546701 at South Extension Branch, New Delhi)
Foreign Exchange up to equivalent of Rs.50, 000/- can be availed by cash payment.
Entitlement for foreign exchange under LERMS:
(i)
| Scale For all business travellers under FEMA** |
Up-to US$ 555 per day for a period not exceeding 45 days. |
Plus
(ii) Entertainment Allowance:
| Scale For all business travellers under FEMA** |
Not exceeding US$ 5000 per trip. |
or
| If the amount of exchange requested does not exceed US$ 5000 (inclusive of all allowance) it may be released regardless of the duration of the visit and the per diem rate of exchange. |

Plus (ii) Entertainment Allowance for all business class travellers under FEMA**: - Not exceeding US$ 5000 per trip.
