to confirm reservations (per passenger request). Passengers are responsible for all visa
and passport documentation. We recommend that you recommend your flights 72 hours
prior to departure directly with the airlines. In the event of non-reconfirmation, or Visa/
Passport issues, Our office will not be responsible for denied boarding. Once confirmed,
please review your travel information for accuracy on items such as:
1. Correct Spelling of the name(s)
2. Flight times and airlines
3. Fare paid address and account number on the same page.
4. Tour Itinerary
If there are any discrepancies at all, YOU MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE WITHIN
24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR CONFIRMATION. If PRIME AIR GLOBAL CORP..
doesnot receive a call within 24 hours, it acknowledges that the travel information
received has been reviewed and as accurate as provided at the time of confirmation.
NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER THIS GRACE PERIOD. Prime Air Global Corp. reserves
the right to charge service fee's already included in the above total. The above
purchased services (Including air tickets/tour itinerary) are non refundable - in the
event of cancellation, no monetary refunds are given - credit with the Airlines through
PRIME AIR GLOBAL CORP.. only (change or cancellation penalties will apply). The signer
understands all the stipulations, rules and conditions pertaining to the purchased
tickets. This form authorizes PRIME AIR GLOBAL to ship any travel documents to you at
the provided shipping address, the cost of which -- the negotiated discounted rates
with FedEx/Airborne Express shall be charged directly to your credit card. In the event
of a request for Regular Mail Shipping, PRIME AIR GLOBAL, or its affiliates, does not
assume any responsibility for the documents sent using Regular Mail.
For US Customers A convenience fee is levied on all credit card sales as per following metrics.
Purchases upto 500$ will have a convenience fee of $ 20
Purchases between 501 – 1000 $ will have a convenience fee of $ 35
Purchases between 1000- 1500 $ will have a convenience fee of $ 50
Purchases between 1500-2000 $ will have a convenience fee of $ 70
Purchases between 2001 – 3000 $ will have a convenience fee of $ 105
